摘要
把Heywang模型和铁电软模理论结合起来,导出了BaTiO3半导体陶瓷的电阻-温度定量公式.从理论上推导了居里点移动的经验公式.理论计算与实验数据有较好的符合.
The Mechanism of the PTC effect of the BaTiO 3 semiconductive ceramics was analysed quantitatively with the idea that combines Heywang′s semiconductive theory of resistance temperature with Curie point′s shift of BaTiO 3 semiconductive ceramics.Comparison between theoretic and experimental curves proves that the theoretical method being adopted is feasible.The theoretical equation agrees well with the results of experimental measurements.
