摘要
以研究炭黑复合材料的特性为目的,设计了一种炭黑复合导电材料的电阻-温度测量系统。简要介绍了炭黑复合材料用途,分析了系统的组成和原理,给出实验数据。该系统以ARM7内核的LPC2124微处理器为主控制器,实时监测电源电压,实现对温度准确控制,同时测量炭黑复合材料的电阻和温度的变化,经阻值和温度校准后,显示被测材料的电阻和温度值并提供一个友好的用户界面。实验结果表明,该系统具有较高的测量准确度。
Aiming at studying the peculiarity of carbon-black conductive composite, we designed a system to measure resistance and temperature of the carbon-black composite. First, we introduce the use of the carbon-black composite. Second, we analyze the principle and the structure of the system. Last, we give the measurement result. The system takes LPC2124 as the core to control the power supply voltage instantly and the temperature, at the same time measuring the resistance of carbon-black conductive composite. After adjus- ting the resistance and the temperature, the system will display the R-T and provides a friendly interface. The measurement result indicates that the accuracy of the system is high.
