摘要
目的评价再植牙方法治疗错位上前牙的临床疗效。方法选择上前牙错位患者的11颗错位上前牙,微创拔除错位牙,修整牙槽窝,离体错位牙体外根管预备、充填后,与拜而蒙骨诱导人工骨一同重新植入牙槽窝,结扎固定,术后3、6和12个月复查再植牙牙周指数和X线片。结果11颗再植牙术后3、6和12个月各项牙周指数正常,11例患者的临床效果满意。结论错位上前牙可通过拔牙再植恢复正常咬合关系。
Objective To observe clinical effects of treating torsional and shift single front teeth by tooth replantation technique. Methods 11 patients with torsional and shift anterial teeth were selected and treated by tooth replantation technique with BAM artificial bone. Periodontal index of treated teeth before and after completing op- eration 3.6 and 12 months were acquired through clinic examination. Results Periodontal indexes of 11 treated teeth were normal after treating three, six and twelve months. Conclusion Torsional and shift single front teeth can be corrected to normal position by tooth replantation technique with BAM artificial bone.
