摘要
目的观察牙根发育完全的自体牙移植后根管治疗与未治疗的临床效果。方法选取牙根发育完全的60例自体牙移植患者(60颗牙齿),术前X线检查供牙及受植区骨量,局麻下拔除受植区牙齿,修整牙槽窝,拔出供牙后立即植入预备好的牙槽窝。将60颗牙齿按随机数表法分为根管治疗组和根管未治疗组。根管治疗组30颗,移植后2周行根管治疗;根管未治疗组30颗,移植后未行根管治疗。1 a后复查,进行X线检查。结果术后1 a复诊,根管治疗组成功28颗(93.33%),有效2颗(6.67%);未根管治疗组成功26颗(86.67%),有效4颗(13.33%)。两组治疗效果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论牙根发育完全的牙自体移植后,根管治疗与根管未治疗临床效果相当。
Objective To observe the clinical effects between root canal therapy and no therapy after transplantation of autologous tooth with complete root development. Methods A total of 60 teeth which had complete root development from 60 autologous tooth transplantation patients were collected. The donor teeth and the bone mass of the recipient sites were measured by the X-ray before operation. The teeth were pulled out under local anesthesia at the recipient site and the alveolar fossa was trimmed. The donor teeth were implanted at the trimmed alveolar fossa immediately. The patients were randomly divided into the root canal therapy group and the non-root canal therapy group. The root canal therapy group(30 cases) was received root canal therapy two weeks after the transplantation while others were not. One year later,the patients were reviewed and took X-ray examination. Results One year later,in the root canal therapy group,28(93.33%) tooth were success,2(6.67%) tooth were effective. In the non-root canal therapy group,26 (86.67%)tooth were success,4(13.33%) tooth were effective. There was no statistical difference of the clinical effects between two groups( P > 0.05). Conclusion The curative effect of root canal therapy group is similar to the non-root canal therapy group after transplantation of autologous tooth with complete root development.
