摘要
护士长的阅读情况影响着他们的管理水平和管理效果,也在一定程度上影响着整个护士群体的阅读导向。文章调查分析了重庆市8家医院护士长的日常阅读情况,力图通过护士长这个群体辐射出当前护士人群的阅读情况,进一步以阅读为手段,提高护士群体的综合素质。
