摘要
对Ar+激光器泵浦的连续波KTP光参量振荡器(cwKTP-OPO)进行了理论研究。讨论了KTP-OPO的相位匹配,计算了KTP的有效非线性系数、走离角及允许角,数值模拟了KTP-OPO的转换效率和振荡阈值。同时,分析了相位失配、晶体长度以及输出镜耦合率对转换效率和阈值的影响。本文对连续波KTP光参量振荡器的初步设计和优化有一定的参考价值。
A gengral theoretical research of continuous wave KTP optical parametric oscillator (cw-OPO)is taken. Based on conservation of energy and momentum respectively calculation of phase match, effective nonlinear coefficient, walk-off angle, acceptance angle, conversion efficience, and threshold were set forth. At the same time, the impact of the phase-mlsmatch, the crystal length, and the output couple's reflectivity on the conversion efficiency and the threshold of a cw-OPO was analyzed. This paper is of some reference value to the design and optimization of continuous wave KTP optical parametric oscillator.
