摘要
介绍了虹吸式竖井配水冷却塔的基本原理及设备结构特点。对菏泽电厂6号虹吸式竖井配水冷却塔运行中不虹吸配水的问题进行了仔细的查找与分析,发现一台循环水泵(高速)运行,全塔配水工况仍无法实现、判断虹吸装置的设计安装存在问题。并提出了具体的解决措施,取得了成功。同时强调指出了虹吸装置的安装应严格按照设计图纸的尺寸和要求进行施工及有关注意事项,以保证冷却塔在各种运行工况下安全、稳定、经济运行。
This paper briefs the basic principle and equipment configuration features of cooling tower with suction shaft water distribution. Such type #6 cooling tower in Heze power plant couldn't operate by suction. The cause of problem has analyzed carefully. Is was found and distinquished that when one circulating water pump operated at high speed, The water distribution working condition of whole tower still conldn't be realized; problems existed in the design and mounting of suction equipment, thus the resolving measures were proposed, with the success gained. Meanwhile, it was emphasized to indicate, the monnting of suction equipment should be carried out strictly in accordance with the size and requirement given in the design drawings and the relevant matters needing attention; to ensure The cooling tower could operate safely, steadily and economically in the various working conditions.
