摘要
从白土茯苓中分离得到6个化合物,分别鉴定为β-谷甾醇(Ⅰ)、胡萝卜苷(Ⅱ)、3,3′,5,5′-tetrahydroxy-4′-methoxystilbene(Ⅲ)、柚皮素(Ⅳ)、α-L-正丁基山梨糖苷(Ⅴ)和甲基氧化偶氮甲醇樱草糖苷(大泽米苷,Ⅵ)。其中化合物Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ和Ⅵ为首次从该属植物中分离得到。本文还首次对化合物Ⅵ的NMR谱数据进行了归属。
Six compounds were isolated from Rhizoma Heterosmilacis Japonieae. They were identified as β-sitosterol （ Ⅰ ） ,daueosterol （ Ⅱ ） ,3,3′, 5,5′-tetrahydroxy-4′-methoxystilbene （Ⅲ） , naringenin （ Ⅳ ） , α-L-butylsorbopyranoside （ Ⅴ ） and maerozamin （ Ⅵ ）. The compounds Ⅲ ,Ⅳ, Ⅴ and Ⅵ were isolated from this genus for the first time.
