摘要
采用高效液相色谱法对８例健康志愿者交叉服用国产及进口恩丹西酮片８ｍｇ后，测定１６ｈ内不同时间的血药浓度，以对国产和进口恩丹西酮片进行药代动力学及生物利用度的研究。结果表明，国产片的相对生物利用度为１０３。国产片和进口片间的各项药动学参数无显著性差异。
The pharmacokinetics and bioavailability of home-made and imported ondansetrontablets were investigated in 8 healthy volunteers after oral administration. The single dose was 8mg for each formula. The plasma level data,determined by HPLC,were fitted with 3P87 programon computer. There was no significant difference between home-made and imported tablets forC_(mac) ,Tp and AUC.The bioavailability of the two kinds of tablets was equivalent.
