摘要
有一种固体在光的作用下是不发光的,而经辐射作用后,再用光激发时,固体又会发出光子。这一现象被称为辐射光致发光(Radio-photoluminescence)。与释光过程相似的有荧光(Fluoresccnce)和外溢电子(Exo-electron emission,EE),外溢电子也称作外电子发射。由于受激能量的不同,分为热激外电子发射(Thermo-stimulated exo-electron emission,TSEE)和光激外电子发射(Optical-stimulated exo-electron emission,OSEE)。电子运动产生光子,光能的激发造成电子的运动。产生的粒子在介质中进行传播。本文把实验中遇到的问题加以讨论。
Thermoluminescence (TL) and Optical-luminescence (OL) is solid radiation dosimeter in the origin time. The history of age determination using those radiation dosimeters has been developed more than fifty years. There is another kind solid which it is can't luminescence in the common state, but it wills being luminescent after irradiated by the radiation than stimulating with optical. We call these phenomena as radio-photoluminescence. The fluorescence and the exo-electronic emission are similar electron movement with luminescence at room temperature but different with thermo ion emission. There is created electron emission with thermo stimulating means thermo- stimulating exoelectronic emission (TSEE). There are created photons when it has an electronic movement, there are electronic movement created in the solid when it has been accepted optical stimulated. All of those emissions are the energy transformation procedure in the matter. It can be transportation mutually because they have wave characteristic in both two particles. Be care for this transformation procedure when we using it to explained some nature phenomena. The electronic emission and luminescence in solid are complex physical phenomena. They are more different things make together. The author would like to suggest discussed some attention on this field in the present paper.
