光释光仪器的激发光源

摘要 光释光应用与研究发展二十多年来,在矿物研究、地质样品年龄测定以及考古等领域,光释光仪器有着举足轻重的地位,而光释光仪器激发光源的优劣决定着仪器测量的准确性,本文在分析各种激发光源的基础上,提出了用半导体激光器作为激发光源的新方案,列出了红外和蓝光输出半导体激光器的输出参数测试结果,说明了使用方法,并分析了半导体激光器的优点。 With the application and research of optical laser(OL) developed for more than twenty years, OL Apparatus was very important in Researching Mineral, Measuring Age of Geological Specimen and Archaeology. But the quality of blaze lamp-house decided the precision of measure. At first , this paper analyzed all sorts of blaze lamp-house in the OL apparatus, and then we put forward a new project that using Laser apparatus made of Semiconductor as blaze lamp-house. Second , the paper listed a measuring results of the technical parameters of blue light and infrared semiconductor laser, and expatiated the operating methods of semiconductor laser's. Lastly, it is based on analyzing the advantage of Laser apparatus of Semiconductor, we advanced a direction of developing.
