摘要 以氨基磺酸和丙烯醇醚为原料,在酸性催化剂A和胺类催化剂B复配作为催化体系下进行硫酸化反应。重点考察了催化剂用量、醇酸摩尔比、反应温度和反应时间对丙烯醇醚硫酸盐的活性物含量和双键含量的影响,并根据实验结果设计了正交实验。优化工艺条件为:催化剂A用量为8%,催化剂B用量为0.75%,醇酸摩尔比为1∶1.1,反应温度为120℃~125℃,反应时间为4 h。在丙烯醇醚硫酸盐的合成反应过程中,加入对苯二酚对双键具有很好的保护效果,双键保持率为98%。优化工艺条件下的重复实验表明,该反应易于控制,重复性好,产品指标稳定,合成产品的质量明显优于国外同类样品。 The propylene alcohol ether sulfate was synthesized with aminosulfonic acid and propylene alcohol ether as raw material, acid catalyst A and amine catalysts B complex as catalyst system. The effects of amount of catalyst, molar ratio, reaction temperature, time on active matter-propylene alcohol ether sulfate and the double bonds content were discussed. Based on above experimental results, the orthogonal experiment was designed and the optimum reaction conditions were respectively as follows : the amount of catalyst A is 8%, catalyst B 0.75%, molar ratio of propylcne alcohol ether to sulfonic acid 1:1.1, reaction temperature120 ℃- 125 ℃, reaction time 4 hours. Adding with hydroquinone will give a good protective effect to the synthesis process of the propylene alcohol ether sulfate and maintain the rate of double bond to 98%. The repeat experiments showed that under above optimum conditions, the technology possess a good repeatability and give product with good stability, the synthetic samples show a marked improvement in the quality to the samples abroad.
