摘要
目的了解高校新生乙肝病毒感染状况,为采取有效的预防控制措施提供依据。方法对上海对外贸易学院2003-2006年入校新生的HBsAg检测结果进行统计分析。结果4年共计检测9875人份血样,其中有184份血样HBsAg阳性,总阳性率为1.86%。外地生源阳性率为3.77%,本市阳性率为1.36%,差异有统计学意义(p<0.01)。男生阳性率为2.04%,女生阳性率为1.78%,差异无统计学意义(p>0.05)。结论近年来大学新生的HBsAg阳性率有所降低,但存在着地区差别。在高校新生中做好对乙肝等传染病的预防工作是很有必要的。
Objective To better understand the infection situation of Hepatitis B virus among universities and take the effectivepreventing ways to control this infection. Method Collecting data in blood test （ALT, HBsAg） from physical body check for all the freshmen in Shanghai Institute of Foreign Trade from 2003 to 2006. Results 9 875 samples have been evaluated during these 4 years period. There are 184 samples are showed positive in HBsAg which takes 1.86 % in total. More specifically, there is 3.77 % within students from other cities 1.36% within all the Shanghai students,and it shows a significant difference（p〈0.01）. 2.04% within all the male students and 1.78% within all the female students are shown positive in HBsAg. There isn＇t significant diffcrence（p〉0.05）. Conclusion The percetage of positive in HBsAg for freshmen is lower than before. It is necessary to take the aggressive action to prevent the infection of Hepatitis B virus for the freshmen.
