摘要
以硅酸盐样品为对象开展硅酸盐样品的微波消解技术研究,并采用氟硅酸钾法测定其中的SiO2含量。微波消解溶剂为HNO3和HF混合酸,其加入量分别为5 mL和2 mL,消解压力为1.0 MPa和2.0 MPa,消解时间分别为1 min和4 min,共计5 min,远小于常规高温熔融分解的时间。砂岩、粘土、高岭土、长石等4种硅酸盐标准物质SiO2含量测定结果与认定值相符,且相对标准偏差(RSD)分别为0.12%,0.22%,0.13%,0.12%;5种实际样品的测定结果也与传统方法一致,可用于硅酸盐样品SiO2含量的快速测定。
Microwave digestion method was studied in the determination of SiO2 in silicate by K2SiF6 titration. The mixture of 5 mL of HNO3 and 2 mL of HF were chosen as microwave decomposing reagent. The digestion pressure was 1.0 MPa and 2.0 MPa, and the digestion time was 1 min and 4 min, totally 5 min, far less than that of routine high temperature melting method. The determination results of SiO2 in four silicate standard samples including sandstone, brick clay, kaoline and feldspar were in agreement with the certified values, giving the relative standard deviations of 0.12%, 0. 22%, 0.13%, and 0.12% respectively. The determination results of five real samples coincided with those of conventional method. It can be used to the rapid determination of SiO2 in silicate samples.
