摘要
二战后,随着国际人权法的逐步确立,人权的国际保护越来越受到国际社会的普遍关注。虽然,目前有国内保护和国际监督两种途径来实现人权的国际保护,但在实践过程中却出现了种种问题。文章分析了人权国际保护实施中的问题并提出了完善人权国际保护的措施。
With the establishment of international humanitarian law, increasingly attention from the international community has been brought to the international protection of human rights since the Second World War. There are two avenues that are internal protection and international control to carry out the international protection of human rights. However there come many problems in practice. The problems, as well as, solutions are covered in this paper.
