摘要
驰名商标能为企业和国家带来巨大的经济利益,关于驰名商标的保护已成为国际上的一项普遍性制度。本文从驰名商标的定义与认定入手,对驰名商标的国际保护和国内保护进行了归纳总结,最后笔者提出了关于驰名商标保护所应遵循的基本原则,以期能抛砖引玉,进一步完善我国的驰名商标保护制度。
The well - known trade - mark can bring tremendous economic benefit and the protection of it has become a universal system. This paper starts from the definition and recognition of the well - known trade - mark and condudes the situation of international and domestic protection. At last, the paper puts forward the basic principles that the protection should follow, so as to provide valuable suggestions and help further perfect Chinese protection system of the well - known trade - mark.
