摘要
高校为保证培养出数量和质量都能满足社会需要的合格人才,提高高校的学术地位和办学水平,必须拥有一支稳定的、高水平的师资队伍。本文对高校教师人力资源的现状及特点进行了详细分析,从而提出了加强高校人力资源管理的相应对策。
In colleges and universities there must be a contingent of stable and high - level teachers who can meet the needs of society in quantity and quality. This paper makes a detailed analysis of the current situation and features of human resources of teachers in colleges and universities and advances appropriate countermeasures of enhancing the management of human resources in colleges and universities
