摘要
结合静止气象卫星数据收集平台地址码生成及管理的具体应用,参考数据收集平台(DCP)国际地址码的约定,暂时制定了国内地址码的约定格式。通过了解21/31BCH的编码方法,确定了生成数据收集平台国内地址码的设计思想,采用“枚举法”软件实现数据收集平台国内地址码的生成方法。
Combined with the address-codes generation and the concrete management application of geostationary meteorological satellite data collection platform ,by reference to international address-codes agreement for data collection platform （DCP）, the domestic address-codes agreement form has been temporarily formulated, Based on 21/31BCH coding method ,the design thought of generating domestic address-codes for data collection platform has been determined, and the ＂enumerated method＂ software is used to realize domestic address-codes generation method for data collection platform.
