摘要
设计了一种低功耗升压型PFMDC-DC转换器。提出了一种新颖的驱动电路结构,该驱动电路的预充电功能大大地缩短了功率开关管的开启响应时间,减小了"硬开关"损耗,提高了系统的转换效率,并且详细地阐述了系统工作原理以及PFM信号的产生过程。测试结果表明,系统正常工作时的静态电流为50!A,停机模式的静态电流小于1!A,Vin低至0.9V时系统仍能正常工作,限流值为350mA,输出电压高达34V,最高转换效率为85%。
A micropower boosting DC-DC converter was designed. Expatiated on the operating principle of the system and the PFM control mode, the precharging of the driver shortens respond time of the power switch transistor, and enhances the efficiency of the system greatly. According to the test, quiescent current is 50μA in active mode, and less than 1μA in shutdown mode. The system can operate with Vin as low as 0.9v. The limited current is 350mA, the Output voltage is up to 34V, and the highest efficiency is 85%.
