摘要
设计了一种适用于DC-DC变换器的过流保护电路。对其结构原理进行了分析,并用0.5μm n阱CMOS工艺进行模拟验证,HSPICE模拟结果表明,该电路结构简单,限流准确,抗干扰能力强,对电源电压和温度变化而引起的限流值漂移具有较强的抑制能力,在3~6V的电源电压和-40~85℃的温度范围内,限流值最大漂移为10%。
A new over-current protection circuit for DC-DC regulator is presented. The structure and principles were analyzed and simulated using 0. 5μm n-well CMOS process. The HSPICE simulation results show that the circuit is simple, precise and reliable, and has excellent ability of power supply rejection and temperature rejection. The max excursion of current limit is 10% when power supply varies from 3V to 6V and temperature from --40℃to 85℃.
