摘要
建立普通教育与职业教育共同发展的"双轨制"和互相沟通的"立交桥"式的教育体系,构建人才成长的"立交桥"是时代的要求。本文就如何大力发展开放性的职业教育和构建多样化人才培养的立交教育体系谈几点认识。
It is the need of the times to build a ＂double-track system＂for ordinary and vocational education＇s development and establish an interchange education system for talents.This paper voices some ideas about how to develop an open vocational education and how to establish an interchange education system for varied talents.
