摘要
采用GB/J10786-2006的方法,对不同品种的玉米爆成花后测定其中总糖的含量,结合实际,根据不同的玉米样品情况,对国标中的方法做了适当的修改:先做简单的预示实验得出玉米总糖含量小于9.00mg/ml时,直接用10ml试样与滴定液反应,得出结果为10ml样品中总糖的含量。为总糖含量测定提供一些参考方法。
Based on determining the total sugar content of popcorn made from different varieties of corns by means of GB/J10786 - 2006 method, the article revises some national benchmarks according to practical conditions : The total sugar content is smaller than 9.00mg/ml in the preliminary experiment, use 10ml sample to react with titration liquid directly and get the total sugar content of 10ml sample. This provides some reference methods for determining the total sugar content.
