摘要
目的:探讨bFGF和TGF-β联合使用对体外培养大鼠骨骼肌卫星细胞增殖能力的影响。方法:采用组织学方法观察bFGF组、TGF-β组、bFGF+TGF-β组及对照组中体外培养的大鼠骨骼肌卫星细胞形态变化及细胞增殖状况。结果:bFGF和TGF-β单独作用对体外培养大鼠骨骼肌卫星细胞增殖作用较弱;两者联合作用,促增殖作用显著增强。结论:bFGF和TGF-β联合作用对体外培养骨骼肌卫星细胞的增殖起了重要作用。
Objective: To investigate the combined effects of basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) and transforming growth factor-beta (TGF-β) on the proliferation of cultured rat skeletal muscle satellite cells in vitro. Methods: Histological method was used to detect the effect of bFGF and TGF-β on the cell proliferation of rat skeletal muscle satellite cells. Results: Single use of bFGF and TGF-β had only weak effect on the proliferation, while the combination of both had a significantly enhanced effect. Conclusion: The combination of bFGF and TGF-β might play a role in the proliferation and differentiation of rat skeletal muscle satellite cells in vitro.
