摘要
采用电子探针(EPMA)分析了某厂所生产的紫铜铸件的裂纹缺陷试样。结果表明,熔炼过程中的脱氧不良是导致产品批量报废的主要原因。针对性采取相应措施后,裂纹缺陷消除,紫铜铸件质量达到合格要求。
The samples of pure copper casting with cracking defects are analyzed by EPMA. The results show that the main reason causing rejects in batch is not deoxidized fully to pure copper melting. Cracking defects were avoided after taking relevant measures, and the pure copper castings are eligible for the requirements of quality.
