摘要
用305酯增塑剂与其它添加剂配合使用,部分取代TOTM生产船用105℃聚氯乙烯(PVC)电线电缆料,并对其浸水前后的电性能等进行了测试分析,结果表明:用305酯作主增塑剂时,与4~5份的TCP并用可以显著改善电缆料浸水电性能。在配方中采用二苯铅和硬铅作稳定系统,少加或不加皂类稳定剂,更能保证电线电缆料浸水电性能的稳定。
Using 305 ester plasticizer and other additives to partly replace TOTM for making 105℃ PVC cable materials for marine use. The electrical properties and the watersoak electrical properties of the material were tested and analyzed. The result shows that the watersoak electrical property of the cable material can be improved obviously when the 305 ester is used as a primary plasticizer and 4 to 5 portions of TCP are added in it. If dibasic lead phthalate and dibasic lead stearate are used as stabilizer, and adding a little or little M-st, the watersoak electrical properties of the cable material will be more stable.
