摘要 研究由HDPE 5010生产的电缆护套料各组份的选择,配比和加工工艺对性能的影响及加工电缆护套的工艺条件。采用不同含量的HDPE、EVA及抗氧剂加工出护套料,并测试电缆护套料的耐环境应力开裂性(ESCR)、力学性能。EVA含量的增加对HDPE各项性能的改善非常明显,考虑强度、耐环境应力开裂性等性能,得到较好的电缆护套料配方。考虑抗氧剂对电缆护套料性能的影响选出比较合适的抗氧剂含量。  This paper main introduce the cable jacketing compound made of HDPE 5010.The effects of component select,amount of component and processing technology on its property were studied.The processing conditions of extruding cable jacket were given.Using different amount of HDPE、EVA and antioxidant,produce cable jacketing compounds and the environment stress cracking resistance,the mechanical properties are test.We found that the blends of HDPE change regularly with the ratio of EVA.Consider the tenacity,the environment stress cracking resistance and the blends of properties,we can found a better recipe of HDPE cable jacketing compound.Consider the properties will change with the ratio of antioxidant, found a better ratio of antioxidant.
