摘要
综述了高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)作为钢丝绳涂塑材料的优点及其改性情况。由于钢丝绳受力复杂、所处环境恶劣,破坏形式很多,主要有:环境应力开裂、应力疲劳、磨损疲劳、老化等。常见的做法是通过将HDPE与低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)共混来提高HDPE的使用性能。文章分析了LDPE、弹性体、硅烷偶联剂、抗老化剂等分别对共混体系的影响,并指出了HDPE/LDPE在加入上述改性剂后整体、系统的研究是今后的研究重点和方向。
This paper reviewed the advantages and modified situation of the high-density polyethylene (HDPE) as a wire rope coated material. As the rope had the force complexity, exposed in the harsh environment, with many failure modes which included: environmental stress cracking, stress fatigue, wear fatigue, aging and so on. The common practice was to blend the low density polyethylene (LDPE)and HDPE, to improve the service performance of the HDPE. The article respectively analyzed the effect of LDPE, elastomers, silane coupling agent, anti-aging agent on the blends. Finally, the article summarized and pointed out that after added the modifier to the HDPE/LDPE, the overall and system research was the direction of future.
