摘要
研究了焊道厚度、弧长及摆动等焊接工艺因素对3.5%Ni钢焊接接头低温韧性的影响.结果表明,薄焊道能使焊缝金属组织中二次结晶的细小组织比例增大,提高焊缝金属的低温韧性,短电弧、不摆动操作可以使熔池得到较好的保护,减少焊缝金属中氧、氮的含量,有利于改善低温韧性.
Effects of procedure variables such as bead thickness, arc length and waving method on the low temperature toughness of 3.5%Ni steel weld are studied experimentally. The results show that thin weld bead will enable low temperature toughness of weld to be increased, short ahd non - waving arc keeps welding pool away from oxygen and nitrogen contamination and good weld quality also.
