摘要
通过对09MnNiDR材质焊接性的分析,选择合适的焊材,设定并严格遵守焊接规范,针对我公司承接的某大型球罐的技术要求,进行了焊接工艺评定试验。对焊接试板进行了不同热处理规范下的强度、硬度、塑形、韧性及宏观检测测试,测试结果表明3G及1G+4G位置利用W707DRQ焊条焊接之后焊接接头各项性能均符合规定且低温冲击韧性有较大富裕量。焊接位置及热处理保温时间对焊接接头强度及冲击韧性有一定的影响,随着保温时间的延长焊接接头韧性得到改善。
In this paper,firstly,the weldability of 09MnNiDR material were analyzed,and select the right welding consumables,set and strictly adhere to the welding specification,against technical requirements for a large spherical tank,conducted welding procedure qualification test.Tensile strength,hardness,shaping,toughness,and macroscopic testing of welded panels in different heat treatment,the result shows that all properties of welded joints are in compliance after W707DRQ electrode welding and low temperature impact toughness has a large amount of wealth.Position of welding and heat treatment holding time have a certain influence to welded joint strength and impact toughness,with the increase of holding time,the toughness of welded joints is improved.
