摘要
利用杂化乳液聚合技术合成了水性环氧-丙烯酸酯杂化乳液,考察了乳化剂种类和用量对乳液单体转化率、凝聚率和电解质稳定性的影响,通过FT-IR、GPC、UV对所得乳液进行了分析与表征。结果表明:环氧树脂与丙烯酸酯发生了接枝反应,并形成核壳结构。采用阴离子和非离子乳化剂复合体系(非∶阴=2∶1),用量为单体总量的2.5%~3%时,所得乳液综合性能优良。
A hybrid emulsion polymerization technique was used to synthesize water- based epoxy- acrylate hybrid emulsion. The effects of varieties and amount of emulsifier on salt - water resistance, monomer conversion,gel - forming rate and chemical stability of hybrid emulsion were investigated. The emulsions were characterized by FT- IR, GPC and UV spection. It was shown that the epoxy resin and acrylate have copolymerized and the core - shell structure formed. When a compound system of anionic emulsifier and nonionic emulsifier(A: N =2:1 ) is used, which is at 2.5% -3% of the total monomers the emulsion shows an excellent compresensive performance.
