摘要
利用优化的聚合工艺合成了水性环氧-丙烯酸酯杂化乳液,考察聚合工艺、聚合参数对乳液性能的影响,对固化过程及乳液性能进行了研究。结果表明:采用环氧树脂最后加入的聚合方法,制得乳液的耐水性最佳。引发剂含量增加使得粒径增大,环氧树脂和乳化剂含量增加均导致粒径减小。傅里叶变换红外光谱分析表明所得聚合物为交联聚合物,杂化乳液固化过程中ADH与DAAM发生了反应。
The polymerization technblogy is optimized to synthesize water-based epoxy-acrylate hybrid emulsion; the influence of polymerization technology and polymerization parameters on latex performance is investigated; and the curing process and latex performance are studied,showing that polymerization method in which the epoxy resin is added later can give latex of best water-resistance; the increase in the initiator concentration leads increasing of particle size; and increase in concentration of epoxy resin and emulsifier causes decrease in the particle size. Fourier Transform IR Spectroscopy analysis indicates that cross-linked polymer is made and reaction of DAAM and ADH occurs in the curing of hybrid latex.
