摘要
根据测量不确定度评定与表示理论,采用原子荧光法测定水中的砷的不确定度,通过推导和计算,得出该法测定水中砷的扩展不确定度U95=0.65μg/L,νeff=120。该不确定度评价方法在实际工作中具有较强的实用价值。
The uncertainty was evaluated based on the theory of uncertainty determination by atomic fluorescence spectrometry. The results of detection of Arsenic in water by atomic fluorescence spectrometry was U95 = 0.65μg/L, veff = 120.This methods is of practical value.
