摘要
针对某型柴油机的配气系统,研制了一套电控—液压驱动可变气门系统,并在自主研发的柴油机电子—液压控制试验台上进行了试验研究,得出了部分结构参数与运行参数对系统动态性能的影响规律,确定了气门正时、气门开启持续期、气门升程等参数的调节途径,并对系统的稳定性、适应性及各参数的可控性进行了分析和研究。试验结果表明,该系统具有良好的稳定性,参数调节灵活,并能适应不同转速工况,尤其适用于中速柴油机。
For the valve system of a diesel engine, a set of electro-hydraulic driving variable valve system was developed and tested on the self-developed electro-hydraulic control bench. According to the test, the partial structural parameters and the rules on the influence of operating paratmeters on dynamic performance were acquired, the way to adjust valve timing, lift and opening duration was put forward, and the stability, adaptability and parameter controllability of the system were analyzed and researched. The results show that the system has good stability, the flexible parameters and can meet the requirements of different conditions. It is also found that the system is more suitable to the middle speed diesel engine.
