摘要
油田洗井作业现场原洗井液处理存在洗井液不能重复利用、水资源浪费大、污染环境等问题。根据现场要求,研制了新型洗井液三相分离装置。其工作原理是将井口排出的洗井液经筛管降压,然后经过二级自然沉降,将砂、水、油分离,油进行回收,水重复使用,砂定期排出。该装置具有水资源重复利用、回收能源、减少环境污染等优点,具有推广价值。
Considering the problems in disposal of flushing fluid in oil field flushing work, such as flushing fluid can not be recycled, large waste of water, environment pollution and so on, based on spot requirements, we developed a new-style flushing fluid tri-phase separator. Its operating principle lists as follows: first flushing fluid expelled from wellhead is decompressed throw sieve vessel, then sand, water and oil are separated by way of double natural sedimentation, finally, oil is recovered, water is recycled, and sand is expelled periodically. The device can bring several advantages, for example, recycling of water, energy recovering, and decrease of environment pollution and so on. So to some extent its promotion is quite valuable.
