摘要
研究了涠12-1油田采油污水的离心处理工艺及不同化学药剂处理的离心分离除油效果,分析了在不同转速下加药量不同的离心分离除油效果,并比较了离心分离与自然沉降两种分离方法的除油效果,确定了处理工艺方案。结果表明,与自然沉降相比,离心分离的处理方法除油效果更佳;提高转速后分离效果变佳,当转速为3500r/min,药剂加量为150mg/L时,污水含油量即可降至6mg/L以下。污水处理工艺流程简单,适合现场应用,经济可行。
The process of sewage centrifugal treating and de-oil efficiency centrifugal separation by chemical treatment conducted in Oilfield 12-1 are studied.The efficiency of de-oil by separation with different dosage under different rotating rates is analyzed.The de-oil efficiencies by using centrifugal and natural settling separations are compared,by which the treating scheme is established.The result indicates that compared with natural settling,the di-oil effect of centrifugal processing is better,its effect becomes better after rotating speed is raised,when the speed is 3500 r/min and dosage is 150 mg/L, oil content in the sewage reduces below 6 mg/L.The sewage process is simple and appropriate to field application and feasible.
