摘要
临沂师范学院将课程建设作为教学基本建设和内涵发展的出发点和落脚点,将课程分要素进行建设,通过课程建设年、单门课程的清理与重构等一系列建设活动,最后凝聚为富有鲜明特色的大学新课程建设工程,形成了以课程要素设计、要素配置和要素测控为基本内容的教学建设和教学质量监控模式,实现了人、财、物围绕课程要素进行配置的建设目标,促进了办学效益和人才培养质量的同步提高。
Taking curriculum construction as the starting and end point of teaching infrastructure and its content development, Linyi Normal University builds the curriculum according to its elements. It holds a series of activities such as the Curriculum Construction Year, the abolition and reconstruction of certain courses which finally rally the new university curriculum construction project with distinctive characteristics. As a result, it has formed a teaching construction and teaching quality control mode with the design of curriculum elements, element configuration and element measurement and control as the basic content and achieved goal of allocating the personnel, money and things according to the curriculum elements, promoting its running efficiency and simultaneously improving the quality of its personnel training.
