摘要
经过数百年的发展与改革,国外大学校长的选拔与任用程序和工作职责都有其自身的规律和特点,客观借鉴其在选拔聘任体制、权力集中程度、权力的分配、校长的来源等方面的经验,对于我国大学管理体制改革有积极的借鉴与启发意义。
After hundreds of years of development and reform, the selection and assignment procedure and the responsibilities of principals in the overseas universities have formed their own rules and characteristics. We can profit objectively from their experirience of selection and appointment system, the degree of power concentration, authority assignment and the source of principals, which will be of positive significance to the organizational reform of university management in China.
