摘要
本文分析了农村职业高中发展的现状及面临的问题,提出以改善供给为政策着力点,发挥比较优势的宏观发展思路。根据这个发展思路,综合考虑经济发展需求、财政供给能力、学龄人口变化等因素,对农村职业高中发展进行了合理的预测,为制定发展规划提供参考。为实现农村职业高中健康发展,必须采取政策措施,适度集群,发挥规模效益,加强与高等职业教育的沟通与衔接,规范就业准入制度。
This paper analyzes the problems facing by rural vocational high schools, and proposes a macrostrategy for development, which takes bettering supply side as the key point, and displays comparison superiority. Based on this idea, and considering the demand of economy, the capacity of fiscal supply, and the variation of school-aged population, we predict the future development of rural vocational high school, which can provide information to make development programs. In order to promote the development of rural vocational high school, some measures should be taken, including clustering in order to gain scale economy, improving the cooperation with higher vocational education, and enforcing employment enter regulation.
