摘要
应用氢化物发生—原子荧光光谱法测定矿石中的微量锡,采用碱熔稀硫酸浸取,硫脲—抗坏血酸混合液消除干扰元素,在优化的仪器条件下,可测定0.001%~0.9%范围内的锡,结果良好。
It is reported in this paper that the continuous flow hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry is applied to the determination of trace tin in ore. By melting with alkali, extracting with sulfuric acid and removing the interferential elements with mixture solution of thiourea and ascorbic acid, the tin content ranging from 0.00x% to 0. x% can be determined at the optimized instrument condition. The method is convenient.
