摘要
FBG温度传感器可以用于测温,在其他参量监测中,还用它作温度补偿。本文对FBG及其传感器的温度性能进行实验研究,旨在研究FBG传感器的温度灵敏度及提高温度补偿精度的方法。结果表明:从实验中得到的温度灵敏度与理论分析结果非常吻合;使用低膨胀材料做工作片基底,用高膨胀材料做补偿片基底,可以有效地减小温度补偿误差,提高测量精度。
FBG(fiber Bragg gratings)temperature sensors are used not only in temperature measurement,but also in temperature compensation during monitoring other parameters.In this paper,temperature property of FBG sensors is studied in order to validate temperature sensitivity and seek for a method on how to enhance the precision of temperature compensation.The test results show that the measuring sensitivity is very approximate to the sensitivity from theory deduction.The method,using low inflatable material as work sensor piece and high inflatable material as compensation sensor piece,can reduce temperature compensation error and enhance greatly the precision of measuring.
