摘要
目的:探讨心理护理对降低牙科畏惧症的发生是否是重要方法之一。方法:在40名牙科畏惧症患者中,对其中20名患者在诊前给予心理护理,而另20名患者未做诊前心理护理。结果:做了诊前心理护理的20名患者能够顺利接受治疗,而未做诊前心理护理的患者仅有5名愿意接受治疗,两组差异有显著意义。x2=5.71,P<0.05。结论:心理护理是降低牙科畏惧症的重要方法之一。
Objective To explore the psychic nursing＇s influence on decreasing the occurrence of dental fear. Methods Among 40 patients of dental fear, before the clinical diagnosis 20 patients were given psychic nursing, the rest were not given. Result The 20 patients who were given psychic nursing can successfully accept treatment. Only 5 patients who were not given in 20 patients can accept treatment. According to statistic, x=5.71, P〈0.05 there＇s great significance between two groups. Conclusion Psychic nursing is one of the important ways to decrease dental fear.
