摘要
西部地区中等职业教育发展落后的原因主要包括：人们思想观念落后、经济发展缓慢、教育结构不合理、教育经费投入不足。因此,应加强职业教育的宣传力度,营造促其发展的氛围;推进区域、城乡职业教育的合作;政府加强政策倾斜,地方广开校资渠道;合时调整与优化教育结构。
The reasons result in the underdevelopment of secondary vocational education in western region mainly include：thinking and ideology lagged behind,economy developed slowly,educational structure was unreasonable and educational fund was insufficient. Therefore,propagandization should be reinforced to build conducive environment for the development of vocational education;cooperation among different regions and between city and country should be boosted;educational structure should be adjusted and optimized; the government should strengthen policy support,local administration should be broaden financing approaches to secondary vocational schools and the education structure should be adjusted intime and optimized.
