摘要
以区域经济为视角,构建五大经济区变截距固定效应模型,分析了区域中等职业教育对经济增长的影响。研究结果表明:教育固定资产投入、财政性教育经费投入对于拉动区域经济增长有正向作用,中等职业教育在校人数对区域经济增长弹性系数为负。新疆东疆经济区和南疆西南经济区中等职业教育对区域经济增长的作用,弱于天山北坡经济区、北疆西北经济区、南疆东北经济区。加大国家财政性教育经费投入力度,提升地方政府教育固定资产投入能力,优化中等职业教育规模,对欠发达地区中等职业教育集中发力,将中等职业教育转化为新疆区域经济发展的强劲动力。
This study analyzes the effect of regional secondary vocational education on economic growth by constructing the variable intercept fixed effect model in five economic zones from the perspective of regional economy.The results show that when the fixed education assets investment and financial education funding have a positive effect on stimulating regional economic growth,the number of students in secondary vocational education in the region has a positive effect on regional economic growth.The effect of secondary vocational education on regional economic growth in Xinjiang’s Dongjiang Economic Zone and South-South Xinjiang Economic Zone is weaker than the effect on Tianshan North Slope Economic Zone,North-western Economic Zone and the South-eastern Northeast Economic Zone.It suggests enhancing local governments’fixed assets investment ability,optimizing secondary vocational education scale,focusing on secondary vocational education in underdeveloped areas,and turning vocational education into a strong driving force for the development of regional economy in Xinjiang.
