摘要
微粉末注射成形技术能够生产具有精密微细结构的零件,并使低成本大规模生产得以实现,通过这种技术有望满足微机电系统(MEMS)所需零部件的要求。本文通过研究微型齿轮结构的粉末注射成形工艺过程,得出较为合理的工艺参数。结果显示,以羰基铁粉为原料成形微型齿轮效果良好,无缺陷的注射坯可以成功地实现脱脂和烧结。
Micro powder injection molding (μ-PM)is an economical fabrication technology for mass production of precise small parts at low cost. This technology is a promising route to produce the parts for micro electro-mechanical systems(MEMS). The production of carbonyl iron micro gear by μ-PIM was studied. The suitable parameters were obtained. The results show that carbonyl iron micro gears could be successfully produced by μ-PIM. The parts could be successfully debound and sintered.
