摘要
文章基于ISO9000标准的特点与适用性,阐述了图书馆服务质量与ISO9000标准的相一致性,运用ISO9000标准,加强在图书采购、设备、环境、人力资源、组织文化、监督检查等方面的有效控制,以提升图书馆服务质量。
The paper explains the consistency between libraries service quality and ISO9000 at the basis of characteristics and applicability of ISO9000, researches in enhancing libraries service quality by applying ISO9000 to strengthen the control of books acquisition, equipment, the environment, human resources, organizational culture, supervision and inspection.
