逼尿肌不稳定大鼠蛋白激酶C蛋白的表达

摘要 目的:探讨逼尿肌不稳定(DI)大鼠逼尿肌细胞蛋白激酶C(PKC)蛋白的表达及与DI的关系。方法:建立DI大鼠模型,原代培养DI与逼尿肌稳定(DS)大鼠膀胱逼尿肌细胞,应用Western-blotting方法检测培养细胞PKC蛋白的表达。结果:DI大鼠逼尿肌培养细胞PKC蛋白表达明显高于DS大鼠(P<0.01)。结论:DI大鼠逼尿肌细胞PKC蛋白表达明显升高,逼尿肌细胞PKC信号通路的改变与DI逼尿肌自发兴奋性升高可能有着密切联系。 Objective: To investigate the relationship between the changes of detrusor cell protein kinase C (PKC) protein expression in detrusor instability (DI) ar/d DI. Methods: To set up the model of DI rats,the detrusor cells of DI and detrusor stability (DS) rats were cultured, the PKC protein expression of detrusor cultured cell in DI and DS rats were detected by western-blotting techniqne. Results: The PKC protein expression of detrusor cultured cell in DI rats was significantly higher than those of DS rats (P 〈0.01). Conclusions: The PKC protein expression of DI rats detrusor cell obviously increase, it suggests that it may laave the intimate relation ship between the changes of PKC signal pathway in detrusor cell and the increment of detrusor excitability in DI rats.
