摘要
目的探讨职业对精液质量的影响。方法采用统一调查表,对2004～2005年在舟山市生殖研究中心门诊的228例不育症男性患者及同时期妻子在本院已生育的38名健康男性进行问卷调查及精液常规分析(SFA)。结果职业暴露中主要的海水接触者、驾驶员和装璜工,分别占21.9%、18.4%和17.5%。不同职业暴露组的D级精子、正常形态精子比例存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。其中,D级精子以海水接触者、办公人员和其它职业组较多,分别与驾驶员、装璜工和对照组的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。驾驶员的正常形态精子率最少,与其它各职业组及对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论海水接触者、驾驶员和装璜工可能是舟山市不育症患者的高危职业人群。海水接触者和驾驶员的职业暴露可能对精液质量具有一定的毒性损害作用。
Objective To explore the effects of occupational risk factors on the semen quality. Methods 228 patients with male infertility from the genital research centre of Zhoushan and 38 healthy males whose wives have borne babies in the same hospital from 2004 to 2005 were investigated with the unified epidemiological questionnaires. And the semen routine analysis was used in all the objects. All the data were analyzed with statistical software of SPSS13.0. Results rkers exposed to sea water, drivers and workers of decoration were the high risk occupation. The exposed percentages were 21.9%, 18.4% and 17.5%, respectively. The proportions of sperm for grade D and with normal morphology had significantly.statistlcal difference in different occupation exposure groups （P 〈 0.05）. The numbers of sperm for grade D were statistically higher in workers expesed to sea water, officers and other occupation group than in drivers, workers of decoration and control group （P 〈 0.05）. The rate of sperm with normal morphology was lowest in drivers who were significantly different with other occupation group and control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions Workers exposed to sea water, drivers and workers of decoration may be the high risk population of male infertility in Zhoushan city.
