摘要
[目的]了解大连市中山区食(饮)具卫生状况.[方法]对2003~2005 年部分餐饮单位食(饮)具消毒效果检测资料进行分析.[结果]2003~2005 年共检测2 002份样品,合格1 462份,合格率为73.03%.各年份间合格率的差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),不同类型餐饮单位食(饮)具合格率的差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),不同种类食(饮)具合格率的差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),不同消毒方法的食(饮)具合格率的差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).[结论]大连市中山区食(饮)具合格率有待进一步提高.
[Objective]To understand the sanitary status of tableware in Zhongshan district.[Methods]The monitoring data of tableware sterilization effect in catering trade from 2003 to 2005 were analyzed.[Results]2 002 sets of tableware were tested from 2003 to 2005,1 462 sets of them were up to the standard.The qualified rate was 73.03%.There was a difference in qualified rate in different years(P〈0.01).There was a difference in qualified rate in different type of catering(P〈0.01).There was a difference in the qualified rate of different type of tableware(P〈0.01).There was a difference in the qualified rate with different sterilization methods(P〈0.01).[Conclusion]The qualified rate of tableware in Zhongshan district of Dalian city must be raised.
