摘要
本文在高速凸轮机构动态数学模型的基础上,对应用广泛的动力修正式配气凸轮的计算机辅助设计方法进行了探讨。基于ADAMS软件,利用ADAMS软件自动生成数学模型及其强大的求解器,给出了一种由给定气门升程设计凸轮轮廓曲线的方法。通过使用ADAMS的Create Trace Spline功能,可以快速精确地得到凸轮的轮廓曲线。最后结合具体实例进行了动力修正式凸轮的动力学计算及凸轮轮廓曲线的设计,为其他凸轮型线的设计提供了一种通用的参考方法。
In this paper, the computer aided design method about the dynamics correction formula cam is discussed based on the dynamical mathematic model of high - speed cam mechanism. By using Automatic building mathematical models and excellent solver of ADAMS software, Cam Outline is designed quickly and accurately according to a required valve displacement by "Create Trace Spline" of ADAMS. Finally, this method is used in an actual example of a dynamics correction formula cam with desirable result, which gives a general method to other cam outline design.
