摘要
卫生监督信息化是提高卫生监督水平的有力手段。通过分析卫生监督信息化对于卫生监督管理决策者、卫生监督执法者、卫生监督对象的意义和作用,探讨我国卫生监督信息化的发展现状和建设中存在的信息共享困难、信息化发展不平衡、卫生执法监督信息系统功能不完善、信息化工作人员缺乏等问题。针对存在的问题提出了构建卫生监督信息共享与交换平台、消除地区差异、完善信息系统和网站功能、培养信息化专业人才等相应的对策与建议。
Information has become a powerful tool to improve the level of scientific management. The text ana- lyzed meaning and effect of sanitation inspection information to sanitation inspection administrators, hygienic administrative enforcement and inspective objects, discussed present situation and existing problems such as difficulties in sharing information, imbalance in information development, imperfection of sanitation inspection information systems, lack of information professional staff, and also gave related countermeasures and suggestions such as building an infrastructure platform of sanitation inspection, breaking down regional disparity, perfecting information systems and web sites, cultivating information professional staff and so on.
